- Change `Usage` across six providers to return `UsageRemaining`, using optional pointer fields for different usage information. Codex returns separate `FiveHour` and `Week` remaining percentages instead of their minimum; DeepSeek and OpenRouter return `Balance`, while Copilot, Grok and Ollama Cloud return `Total`. Before upgrading, callers must replace their `float64` handling with access to the corresponding fields and handle `nil` values. Error paths return an empty structure alongside the error.
